I support organisations throughout the entire ISO journey, by providing advisory services, process development and policy drafting etc. for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

Who I am, and why it matters...
I’ve spent much of my adult life working across borders, cultures, and professional environments, learning how people communicate and make decisions when context truly matters. Living and working internationally for many years, while also being grounded in Denmark, has shaped how I engage with organisations and the people within them.
I’m naturally drawn to dialogue; I value listening, asking questions, and understanding how people experience their own working environment, because no external framework replaces that insight. When I work with organisations, my role is not to instruct or impose, but to support, guide, and work alongside the people who know their business best.

We start with a dialogue and, where relevant, a gap or maturity analysis, to gain an overview of existing practices, risks and opportunities, weaknesses and strengths already in place.
Hereafter I create a roadmap to certification.

Through internal audits and reviews, we test whether the system:
Is 'understood', applied and delivers intended and meaningful results. ​​This allows issues to be addressed before the certification audit.
